While the pricing maybe a little prohibitive, the multiple computer connectivity and High Quality of prints makes up for the high-end pricing.

Overview

The HP Color LaserJet CP2025n printer is designed exclusively for small workgroups and small businesses. Priced at around 450 USD, you can connect this HP Laserjet Printer to a multitude of computers over any wired network. However, there are a couple of drawbacks with this printer namely, slow output speeds when it comes to presentations and text documents. The plus point is that there is a robust toolbox replete with plenty of settings, instructions and features to make your user experience better.

Design elements

In terms of design, the HP Color LaserJet CP2025n printer is trendy and chic. Most of the color is comprised of gray tones and the dimensions of this printer are 12.7 inches in height, 15.9 inches in width and 25.9 inches in depth. All drawers are neatly tucked inside. The printer is heavy, weighing at around 50 pounds. The output speeds are very fast for color text prints as well as graphics at 8.31 ppm and 13.56 ppm respectively. However, when it comes to black text pages, the speeds are much slower.

HP LaserJet CP1215 printer

The HP LaserJet CP1215 printer is easy to install and prints out very high quality when it comes to colored documents. Manual duplexing is supported and it is compact in design, thus occupying less space. The price of this HP LaserJet printer is quite expensive at around 299 USD and it is slow in printing color graphics. There is also no LCD display and the resolution is fixed. Yet, all is not gloomy when it comes to the HP LaserJet CP1215 printer as this offers all the functionality needed from a basic printer needed in small businesses.

Design features

The HP LaserJet CP1215 printer is not very impressive in the looks department as most of the color schemes are comprised of gray white undertones. The Control Panel is basic with resume, ready, cancel, attention, Paper Jam buttons and several other indicators within. This HP LaserJet printer is not as bulky or large as the HP LaserJet CP2025n printer as it measures 15.7x10x20 inches in dimensions. Driver installation and setting up connection is easy with this printer. The performance is not very good in this HP LaserJet printer, especially when compared to other printers in its league. With slow print speeds of 5.36 ppm for color, it is extremely slow compared to the pricier HP LaserJet CP2025n printer.

Cartridges Used

Both the HP LaserJet CP2025n and the HP LaserJet CP1215 printers use different sets of cartridges as required. The HP LaserJet CP2025n printer and the 1215 versions come with standard HP CC530, CC531, CC532, CC533 and HP CB540A, HP CB541A, HP CB542A, HP CB543A Printer Cartridges.
